April 24th Theme: Layers of Identity
Explore the many layers that make up who you are through watercolor and collage. Using transparent washes and layered imagery, you’ll build a piece that reflects different parts of yourself, both visible and hidden, past and present, evolving and constant. Notice what emerges as you add, cover, and reveal, allowing your identity to take shape in a fluid, expressive way.
Art Therapy Open Studio is a welcoming space to explore art-making in a curious, supportive, and community-centered environment. April 10th Theme: One Color, Many Meanings
Create a piece using just one color. Together, we’ll explore what this color represents for you and what it feels like to limit (or deepen) your expression through a single hue. Notice what emerges when your focus narrows and your creativity expands in a new way.

In times of political uncertainty and division, many of us carry feelings of grief, anger, fear, or exhaustion. This group offers a supportive space to process those emotions in community. Together, we will gather not to debate or persuade, but to reflect, witness, and tend to the personal impact of the political climate on our hearts, bodies, and relationships.
This is a space for processing, grounding, and being in community. Facilitated by Art Therapist Amy Rynn with Woven Path Art Therapy
Come learn the art of weaving-in-the-round in a cozy, creative space this March. Explore techniques, patterns, and textures while creating something beautiful by hand.
