Hello there!

I’m a Michigan-based therapist who believes that growth happens when we feel seen, supported, and gently challenged. I work with adults, older teens, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship shifts, and identity exploration. I also provide art therapy and offer clinical supervision for LLPCs in Michigan and ATR-Ps across the U.S.

My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware people who are tired of overfunctioning, stuck in perfectionism, or unsure how to reconnect with themselves. Whether it’s finding clarity in relationships, building self-compassion, or learning to soothe anxiety in a more sustainable way, I work alongside my clients with curiosity, care, and creative tools. My style blends relational, strengths-based, CBT, art therapy, and narrative approaches—with honesty, empathy, and a touch of humor.

A bit more about me.

I became a therapist after discovering how powerful creative expression can be in helping people feel seen and heard. In both art and therapy, I’ve witnessed the deep shift that happens when someone feels safe enough to stop striving and start unfolding. That’s the space I aim to offer.

Outside the therapy room, I care about creating spaces—literal and emotional—that feel calm, colorful, and grounded. I enjoy meaningful conversations, low-stakes competition (board games!), and getting curious about the human experience—whether through art, storytelling, or a well-placed meme.

My therapy style is honest, kind, creative & compassionate.
