Through mixed media techniques, intuitive art-making, and journal-building, participants will have space to challenge perfectionism, strengthen creativity, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive environment. No art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.

May 29th Theme: Unfinished Projects
Bring a project that’s been sitting unfinished, or start something new with the intention of not completing it. This session invites you to explore your relationship with productivity, perfectionism, and the pressure to finish.
In collaboration with “Me-Made May” and our upcoming Fashion Show on Friday June 5th, you’re also welcome to continue working on wearable or textile-based pieces. Come as you are, pick up where you left off, and practice allowing things to be in progress.

May 22nd Theme: Symbol of Support (Clay!)
Using air-dry or polymer clay, create a small object or symbol that represents support, strength, or something steady in your life. This might be something tangible, abstract, or deeply personal. Working with clay offers a hands-on, grounding experience while inviting reflection on what helps hold you up. Participants will leave with a physical reminder they can keep nearby as a source of comfort or encouragement.

May 15th Theme: Mandalas for Centering
Create your own mandala as a way to slow down, center, and reconnect. Mandalas offer a gentle structure that can support mindfulness and emotional regulation through repetition, pattern, and flow. This session invites you to notice what emerges as you work and to use the process as a way of grounding in the present moment.

In times of political uncertainty and division, many of us carry feelings of grief, anger, fear, or exhaustion. This group offers a supportive space to process those emotions in community. Together, we will gather not to debate or persuade, but to reflect, witness, and tend to the personal impact of the political climate on our hearts, bodies, and relationships.
This is a space for processing, grounding, and being in community. Facilitated by Art Therapist Amy Rynn with Woven Path Art Therapy
