In this weekly workshop, we will use art journaling as a creative and grounding practice for self-expression, exploration, and play. Through mixed media techniques, intuitive art-making, and journal-building, participants will have space to challenge perfectionism, strengthen creativity, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive environment. No art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.
