Ashley Rye
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
Hello!
I’m Ashley, a therapist, mom of five, chicken enthusiast, and someone who’s still figuring out who I am—and I fully believe therapy is a place where we can all do that together.
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, spiritual abuse, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients want to make sense of their past—especially childhood experiences—and build coping skills, confidence, and more secure connections today. I also support teens struggling with self-worth, friendships, and big emotions, and couples looking to improve communication or reconnect during hard seasons.
My approach to therapy.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible to your needs. I use a mix of CBT, mindfulness, IFS, person-centered, and narrative therapy, as well as Gottman-informed tools for couples. I know what it’s like to live with anxiety without having a name for it, and I want you to feel less alone in your process of understanding yourself.
Whether you’re in a season of grief, self-discovery, or just trying to keep it together—therapy with me is a space where you’ll be seen and heard. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up.
My therapy style is: kind, reflective, supportive & down to earth.
