March 12 | 7:00–8:30 PM
In times of political uncertainty and division, many of us carry feelings of grief, anger, fear, or exhaustion. This group offers a supportive space to process those emotions in community. Together, we will gather not to debate or persuade, but to reflect, witness, and tend to the personal impact of the political climate on our hearts, bodies, and relationships.
In this group, we will use collage as an accessible art therapy process. Through images, words, and intuitive composition, participants can explore layered emotions of political grief without needing to “have the right words.” No art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.
This is a space for processing, grounding, and being in community. Facilitated by Art Therapist Amy Rynn with Woven Path Art Therapy
