May 8th Theme: I Celebrate Me
Create a handmade card honoring yourself, a meaningful milestone, or something you’re proud of. This session invites you to pause and recognize growth, resilience, joy, and progress. Through card-making, reflect on what deserves to be celebrated and offer yourself the encouragement, appreciation, or recognition you may not always stop to receive.
Art Therapy Open Studio is a welcoming space to explore art-making in a curious, supportive, and community-centered environment. Facilitated by trained art therapists, each session includes gentle intention-setting, optional creative prompts, and guidance in using art materials to explore meaningful themes.
