Art Therapy Open Studio is a welcoming space to explore art-making in a curious, supportive, and community-centered environment. Facilitated by trained art therapists, each session includes gentle intention-setting, optional creative prompts, and guidance in using art materials to explore meaningful themes.

Participants are welcome to create independently, follow guided prompts, or contribute to collaborative community art projects. Time is also held for optional sharing and reflection.
