    Amy (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) with a decade of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in helping individuals navigate burnout, body image concerns, complex trauma, depression, and anxiety, as well as offering couples counseling. Amy’s approach combines art therapy and relational techniques to foster healing and self-discovery in a supportive, trusting space.

    Ashley Rye

    THERAPIST

    Ashley (she/her) is a Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC) who works with teens, adults, and couples. She supports clients navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment concerns, spiritual abuse recovery, and issues related to self-worth. Ashley’s approach integrates CBT, IFS, mindfulness, narrative therapy, person-centered care, and Gottman-informed techniques to support healing, insight, and meaningful connection in a collaborative, compassionate space.

Faren’s approach integrates art therapy, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and creative expression to support self-compassion, healing, and growth in a collaborative space.

    Rachael (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who works with older children, teens, and adults. She has experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Rachael’s approach is client-centered and strengths-based, integrating EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and somatic-informed techniques to support healing, emotional regulation, and growth in a safe, collaborative space.
